Sales Director

As a Sales Director you will be responsible for establishing and managing sales goals, identifying and qualifying prospect and developing short and long term sales strategies. You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining long term relationships with our clients.

This job is right for you if you are a motivated self-starter, who has a proven track record building a successful B2B sales organisation.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years success at selling SaaS based solutions to Enterprise and/or SME sized clients

  • Strong track record closing €100k+ ARR multi-year deals

  • Comfortable working across Marketing and Business Developments teams

  • Proven history of meeting and exceeding targets

  • Ability to build and manage a pipeline of new sales opportunities

  • This job requires travel, and requires you have the ability to travel without restriction and on short notice to countries within the EU and North America

Bonus:

  • Experience managing a large, global sales team

  • You have previously held revenue targets of €1m+ ARR

  • You are a skilled communicator and facilitator. You have pitched ideas, solutions and concepts to customer boards, executive teams, industry experts and influencers.

  • You have 8+ years sales experience growing sales and working with customers

  • You have experience of extensive business travel whilst still maintaining effective contact with an office based team
